Although I once faced the heartbreak of an ectopic pregnancy and lost one fallopian tube it was an ectopic loss, I was determined to keep going. As a result, even though I was told my chances of conceiving naturally had dropped by half, I chose hope over fear and transformed my pain into purpose.  That could have been the end of my journey- But It became a new beginning . Through faith, combined with knowledge and consistent daily changes, I was eventually able to conceive naturally. As a result, I’m now blessed with a beautiful baby girl — and therefore, I’m here to help you believe in your journey too. 💕

Hi, I’m Chandana — a fertility coach and now a grateful mom. Back in 2021, I was overjoyed when I first found out I was pregnant. However, that joy was short-lived, as what followed changed my life in ways I never expected. But soon, my life took a painful turn.

Soon after, I was diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy or Ectopic loss. As a result, I had to be rushed into emergency surgery, during which I lost my right fallopian tube which is an ectopic loss. According to the doctors, this meant my chances of conceiving naturally had dropped by 50%. Doctors told me my chances of conceiving after an ectopic loss were low.

Nevertheless, I chose not to give up. Instead, I held onto hope and took one step at a time toward healing and possibility.

THE DECISION THAT CHANGED MY LIFE

After allowing myself the time and space to heal, I eventually made a powerful decision — to educate myself and, in turn, take back control of my fertility journey.
That’s when I joined a fertility coach training course to understand hormones, cycles, and natural fertility.

As a result, I started making small, consistent changes — and eventually, I conceived naturally.
Today, as a result of faith, perseverance, and informed choices, I’m blessed with a beautiful baby girl — a daily reminder that miracles truly do happen..

After my surgery, all things considered, I realized that timing had become the most crucial factor in my fertility journey.
Consequently, I began using an ovulation kit regularly. Unlike any app I had tried before, it gave me a much clearer understanding of my body’s fertile window — and that changed everything.

I truly believe that food is medicine — and I lived by this principle every single day. To support my fertility and hormonal balance, I focused on nourishing my body with intentional choices. Specifically, I included:
